I blend my experiences as a yoga teacher and health coach with Ayurveda, India’s healing and lifestyle science.
I was once all too familiar with the tolls of stress and depression. For a decade, I ran myself ragged climbing the corporate career ladder, ignoring my body’s warning signals to slow down.
As a result, I routinely suffered from digestive issues and slogged through never-ending colds and flus, and seasonal allergies. Finally, an episode of major depression forced me to heed my body’s messages. Depressed and de-energized, I couldn’t ignore my body any longer.
In my quest for health and wellness, I found yoga and Ayurveda and
implemented the simple practices which have cleared my so called “chronic” illnesses”
I've been offering online group programs since 2012. Participants report incredible shifts in their health and well being including better sleep, more energy, better digestion and healthier eating habits leading to released weight, radiant skin and more balanced moods.
